Your workspace lives in the cloud, so the phone and the computer see the same thing at the same time without you leaving a machine running in an office.
As the owner you can check system status any time: whether the workspace is saved, whether the service is available, whether the database is ready, and whether photo and file storage is working.
Taking a copy
How you take a copy.
An owner can download a complete backup whenever they want. The ZIP includes:
Photos and files
Everything you uploaded, as you uploaded it.
A manifest
A list of everything the backup contains.
SHA-256 checksums
So you can confirm nothing was damaged in transit.
You can also download separately:
- Customers as CSV, by date range or all time.
- Jobs as CSV, with their history.
- QuickBooks Online files, with a separate payment reconciliation report.
Note: backups are manual and owner-initiated. There's no automatic managed backup yet.
If you leave
How everything gets deleted.
If you decide to go, you schedule the account for deletion. Access stops immediately and you have seven days to cancel. After those seven days, customers, jobs, schedules, estimates, invoices, payments, notes, settings, photos, and files are permanently deleted.
What remains is a minimal receipt holding hashed identifiers, dates, and record counts. Never your business content or your customers'.
Download what you want to keep before you delete. The product reminds you on screen.
Permissions
Who sees what.
Every person has a role. Field users get focused tools on their phone and don't see business settings. You decide, person by person, which additional sections they need.
